Syria Cautions IsraHell After Rockets Hit Air Base

The Syrian armed force has cautioned Israel of "repercussions" after rockets struck a noteworthy military airbase outside Damascus.

Blasts were heard in the capital right off the bat Friday and inhabitants in the city's southwest rural areas saw a huge tuft of smoke ascending from the range.

Film via web-based networking media indicated flares jumping from parts of the Mazzeh military airplane terminal compound.

Syrian state TV cited the armed force as saying a few rockets were let go from a zone close Lake Tiberias in northern Israel soon after 12 pm which arrived in the compound of the airbase, utilized by President Bashar al-Assad's world class Republican Guards.

"Syrian armed force summon and military caution Israel of the repercussions of the blatant assault and stresses its proceeded with battle against [this] fear mongering and cut off the arms of the culprits," the armed force order said in an announcement.

The announcement did not unveil if there were any setbacks, but rather said the rockets brought on a fire.

Prior, state TV said a few noteworthy blasts hit the compound and ambulances were hurried to the zone.

The airplane terminal, only a couple of kilometers from Assad's presidential royal residence, had been a base used to flame rockets at previous revolt held ranges in suburbia of Damascus.

It was the third such Israeli strike into Syria as of late, as per the Syrian government.

On December 7, the Syrian government detailed that Israel let go surface-to-surface rockets that likewise struck close Mazzeh airplane terminal.

Seven days prior, the Syrian news organization SANA said Israeli planes let go two rockets from Lebanese airspace towards the edges of Damascus, in the Sabboura zone.
